TSO Conductor Laureate Sir Andrew Davis conducts a spectacular programme of imposing works, from a monumental, lavishly orchestrated Strauss tone poem that takes you on a vividly scenic journey to the summit of the Alps, to Czech composer Janácek’s stormy rhapsody depicting the adventures of a seventeenth-century Cossack warlord.
